“(American) Dreaming is Free”

Today’s show, the title of which is inspired by the Blondie song, “Dreaming,” will focus on the connection between freedom and genuine love of the American Dream, as well as the inability to coerce or cajole love, more generally. See Program Notes, below, for all the stories, etc., I plan to discuss.

See the following book for an account of one of the more dramatic ways that Universidad Francisco Marroquin has made a pro capitalist difference in Guatemala.

Thanks to the efforts of UFM faculty and graduates, Guatemala has the most advanced electromagnetic spectrum regime in the world. Guatemala has private property rights in the radio spectrum (just as proposed by Ayn Rand!) and a free market in which they can be traded!
