In September 2013, after hearing Ted Cruz’s “filibuster” on Obamacare, in which he exhorted everyone to read Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged, I did a show on BlogTalk Radio, asking “Is Ted Cruz ‘The Guy’?” The answer: yes, based on everything we knew at the time, it seemed so.
Now, with Cruz vowing to make same-sex marriage a central issue of his Presidential campaign, as well as proposing a Constitutional amendment that would make Supreme Court tenures subject to retention elections, is Cruz a candidate who still deserves our support?
This and more on tonight’s show. See Program Notes, below, for all the stories, etc., I plan to discuss.

What an important topic, re: Supreme Court. We must all defend the constitution even if, in our opinion, the Supreme Court does not. Cruz and others who are disappointed in recent rulings are foolishly playing into the hands of the left.
