Suggested topic for discussion in a future week. I am reading the new Steve Jobs biography (on Nook) which I expect you will too. It seems to mix factual reporting and admiration with psychoanalyzing and pointing out his flaws. Particularly his rejection of scientific medical treatment which it seems may have hastened Jobs’ death from cancer. Are these purported facts interesting and relevant and worthwhile to consider and should they change our view of Jobs and his overall greatness? Or should we just admire his products and ignore his alleged human personality quirks.
I won’t purport to have the definitive answer on this, but we’ll definitely discuss it, probably on the next show. I have the book — on iPad 🙂
