A Republican-Controlled Congress, If You Can Do Something Useful With It, Tonight at 8 p.m. PT (11 p.m. ET)

Well, the Republicans gained control of the Senate, and even gained more seats in the House. But will they do anything with it? What are your hopes for the next two years? Any early impressions based on what we’ve seen since Tuesday? Are you now more optimistic about getting a decent President elected in 2016? These questions and more on tonight’s show.

A Discussion with Yaron Brook, tonight at 8 p.m. PT (11 p.m. ET)

Tonight I am pleased to welcome back to the show Yaron Brook, executive director of The Ayn Rand Institute and co-author, with Don Watkins, of Free Market Revolution.

Among the topics on the agenda for this evening are: Yaron’s recent visit to the NSA, aid to Israel, Iraq, “Inversions,” Paleo, and advocating for policies and candidates in the short term. I’m hoping to revisit immigration and ask what he thinks about the danger from Ebola.
