Topics For Sunday — Really!

OK, I suppose you figured out that yesterday’s post was an April Fools’ joke.

Seriously, I hope you will join me for this Sunday’s podcast. So far, here are the topics I plan on discussing (breaking news events may derail my plans): (1) Rick Santorum blaming problems with entitlement programs on our “abortion culture,” (2) A question from a listener regarding the recent introduction- by Ron Paul- of a bill that would eliminate all legal tender laws, (3) The latest on Libya and the Middle East (of course), and (4) A look at Ron Paul, who is apparently out-fundraising all the leading Republican candidates. What are his policies and should we support him over Obama, assuming those were the only two choices?

If you would like to register to attend live, which includes the ability to participate by text chat and via audio (either dial-up or USB mic and VOIP) click here. Remember that the webcast will be held at a special time for this Sunday only: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. PST.

Twins’ Conversation, Tea Party Style

Now that even Ellen Degeneres has gotten in on the fun of translating their conversation, and the parents of the twin boys didn’t seem to mind, I’ll go ahead and post my own version of the Twin Boys Having a Conversation (original video can be found here). I call my version “Twins’ Conversation, Tea Party Style.”

Topics for This Sunday

I hope you will join me for this Sunday’s podcast. So far, here are the topics I plan on discussing: (1) The Founding Fathers’ tremendous intellectual debt to Kant and Marx, (2) The recent events in Japan as proving conclusively that the benefits of nuclear power are not worth the risks, (3) Why Obama deserves a second term, (4) high gasoline prices and the housing market collapse: finally we get to learn the virtues our grandparents learned during the Great Depression, and (5) thorough analysis of the romantic music of Rebecca Black.
