I’ve Rebooted “Don’t Let It Go”! Check out the Season Premiere ☺️

I’ll fill in with some Program Notes later, as I really need to get outside and walk in the sunshine (rain is coming). But check it out and let me know what you think, either in the comments on YouTube or below (or both, if you are so inclined). Thanks, and thanks for your support!

Congratulations Amy on your DLIGU solo revival! I am an true supporter even though I haven’t always been present. I have been dealing with some issues of my own but I just love you! Also, I’m so excited to hear about your work with J. Yokela. . . I hope he is a true American in your every sense of the word. I listened today to your first Revival episode and it was just great… in fact I purposely let Robert listen and he had to admit it was “v. good”. I have had several challenging life events to deal wth but I am with you completely in philosophy and trying to live by the O-code as much as I can because since I was 7 I believe I have been an O-ist. I’m sorry I missed your Hang-out for supporters this week. I haven’t heard the rewind yet.. link?

Regarding our health and nutrition, I have been probably 70% 30% carnivore in the last 10 years. It was easy because I love meat. So, since learning more and listening to you I have eliminated more carbs from my diet but I still love fruit with heavy cream for breakfast and a beer and a glass of wine for dinner. I am 71 young and have tons of energy and I exercise regularly with cardio and weights 3 – 4 itimes a week.. My LDL is high but my doctor told me he has never seen such a high HDL in anyone so I am happy to stay this course. I don’t take any cholesterol drugs. I have a slightly high BP so am taking Amlodapine and Losartan, lowest dosage. I agree pay close attention to how you feel and drink lots of water and get lots of rest and exercise regularly.

I went to my new Primary care doctor today. I gave him reports from other Canadian doctors. ie.. my calcified thyroid results from 3 years ago. I am scheduled for an ultrasound so I’ll let you know what they say. I have been referred to an endocrinologist.

Mentally I struggle at times but I am so curious about this world and endlessly fascinated by it that it sustains when I learn. I want to live a long time because I want to see how it all turns out.

Keep up the valiant struggle you have maintained to maximize you health and vitality. You are a trooper and a true American in every sense of the word.

    Love, Gayle

Amy, I am delighted you are back. 1st, glad you’re in better health and 2nd, that you’ve revived your solo podcast. Your best work shows up when you can stick to your outline and develop your thoughts uninterrupted. To me, that’s what you’re really good at, and what is unique about your presentations: that your carefully thought out, logical ideas are allowed to develop unfettered. Even your sentence structure is careful. If you veer off for a fresh thought, you come back and continue with your subject. Thank you!
