If you arre free to discriminate against homosexuals then ehats next? Maybe you could make distinctions among races.

Amy, the Indiana law (and the 20 RFRA laws in states) do not allow discrimination against homosexuals. They just says that a person could plead his religious beliefs as a defense. There is no guarantee that an Objecitivist baker who doesn’t want to bake a a cake for a homosexual wedding would win, just that he could interpose Ayn Rand’s belief that homosexuality is contrary to his religious belief. A court might well reject such a claim.

“Just hours after the announcement of what the United States characterized as a historic agreement with Iran over its nuclear program, the country’s leading negotiator lashed out at the Obama administration for lying about the details of a tentative framework.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif accused the Obama administration of misleading the American people and Congress in a fact sheet it released following the culmination of negotiations with the Islamic Republic.”
